💼 About This Role

You'll lead CEE public policy strategy for a leading e-commerce platform, starting with Romania and scaling across Central and Eastern Europe. You'll build government relationships, influence regulation, and enable market expansion in a complex, fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a regional public policy strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build and manage relationships with regulators, ministries, and trade associations.
• Conduct policy analysis and monitor regulatory risks for leadership.
• Represent the company in public affairs forums and regulatory consultations.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory strategy
• Deep expertise in Romania’s political and regulatory environment
• Proven record of shaping legislative or regulatory outcomes
• Fluency in English and Romanian
