πΌ About This Role
You'll lead CEE public policy strategy for a leading e-commerce platform, starting with Romania and scaling across Central and Eastern Europe. You'll build government relationships, influence regulation, and enable market expansion in a complex, fast-moving environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a regional public policy strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Build and manage relationships with regulators, ministries, and trade associations.
- Conduct policy analysis and monitor regulatory risks for leadership.
- Represent the company in public affairs forums and regulatory consultations.
π Requirements
- Extensive experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory strategy
- Deep expertise in Romaniaβs political and regulatory environment
- Proven record of shaping legislative or regulatory outcomes
- Fluency in English and Romanian
