You'll serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, owning tickets through to resolution. Your core impact is performing root cause analysis for critical incidents and leading post-mortems. You'll also develop automated solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to improve system reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as final escalation for unresolved Tier I/II issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis and post-mortems for critical incidents.
  • Administer enterprise systems including servers and cloud environments.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience with advanced troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (M365, Intune, Entra ID).
  • Working knowledge of ITSM platforms.
  • Some scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104) or Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • ITIL certification.
