You'll deliver quality hair color services and excellent guest care at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll build relationships, meet targets, and help guests feel confident. This role offers hourly pay, commissions, and tips in a supportive salon environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultations and all services on the menu.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Support training and development of Assistant Colorists.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state you're applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
