Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads required; TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat preferred)
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Proven experience owning performance and optimization at scale
  • Previous managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor 1-2 paid social buyers or strategists
  • Own planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other channels
  • Deep-dive into platform performance drivers, creative impact, audience signals, and algorithm changes
  • Develop strong client relationships ensuring strategies align with goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global partners on social-first media strategies and best practices
