Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads required; TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat preferred)
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Proven experience owning performance and optimization at scale
- Previous managerial or supervisory role
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 1-2 paid social buyers or strategists
- Own planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other channels
- Deep-dive into platform performance drivers, creative impact, audience signals, and algorithm changes
- Develop strong client relationships ensuring strategies align with goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and global partners on social-first media strategies and best practices
