📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years experience leading mixed-use living projects
• Professional degree in Architecture required
• Strong understanding of Revit and BIM platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite and Rhino

• Master's degree and registration (or eligibility)
• LEED AP or similar sustainability credentials
• Experience supporting project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals)
