💼 About This Role

You'll use MIG and TIG welding to fabricate and assemble metal components for Crusoe's digital infrastructure solutions. Your work will directly impact quality and operational efficiency. You'll join a team building the future of AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints to plan welding projects
• MIG and TIG weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components
• Assemble and fabricate metal components per project requirements
• Inspect finished work for zero defects and adherence to specifications

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of welding experience
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours daily
• High school diploma or GED

• Any welding certifications
• Experience with spot welding or other techniques
• Previous trailer fabrication experience
