You'll prepare and review SEC filings like 10-K and 10-Q in compliance with U.S. GAAP while supporting audits. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, and Legal teams. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) in Workiva.
• Support stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718.
• Assist with impairment testing and EPS calculations.
• Execute SOX 404 controls for reporting and stock compensation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• Minimum of 3+ years public accounting or 5+ years combined experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience.

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with Workiva.
• Public company SEC reporting experience.
