Description

You will join our global support team to provide technical support to Kaseya customers, ensuring customer delight by meeting or exceeding internal KPIs. You will troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, work on chats, phones, and tickets, and play a pivotal role in keeping businesses running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in IT technical support
  • Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX, Windows, macOS, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux commands and SSH/PuTTY troubleshooting
  • Understanding of network stack (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and command-line tools (ping, traceroute, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Kaseya customers via chat, phone, and tickets
  • Troubleshoot Linux/UNIX, Windows, macOS, and virtualization technologies
  • Perform BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting and system boot diagnostics
  • Analyze system logs and network issues using CLI tools
  • Meet or exceed internal KPI targets and ensure customer delight
