💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts using advanced diagnostic tools. Your work ensures fleet reliability and supports construction projects. You'll access cutting-edge technology and OEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower-level technicians
• Maintain documentation of work performed daily

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service or maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
