💼 About This Role

You'll support critical infrastructure for Kitware's R&D engineers and staff across diverse projects. You'll maintain Linux and Windows servers, device management systems, and backup infrastructure while supporting regulated computing environments for a leading open-source software company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-user hardware and software on Windows, Linux, macOS
• Support Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows server infrastructure
• Administer Active Directory, JAMF, Puppet device management systems
• Support VMware, AWS, and cloud service providers

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's or associate's in IT with 2-5 years relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Security+ or willingness to obtain required certifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Linux system administration and Active Directory management
• Experience working alongside software development teams
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks
