Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions like shipment and replenishment. You'll work closely with the store team to optimize results and ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating as needed
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Work with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
