💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical development and integration of vehicle systems for a Maneuver Dominance product from concept through delivery. You'll drive architecture selection for robotic mission systems and lead teams of multi-disciplinary engineers. This role involves partnering with vehicle software teams and contributing to a company-wide roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer success through design and delivery of a fully operational mission system
• Partner with Vehicle Software team for core sensor, actuator, and vehicle system functionality
• Drive architecture selection and design for robotic mission systems
• Lead teams that develop software using a variety of technologies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a senior role for the delivery of a military mission system
• Experience with distributed software platforms and application architectures
• Experience with modeling and simulation
• Experience with Python and Matlab

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership position within a high performing technology organization
• 5+ years of operational experience with autonomous systems
