💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering teams for WordPress, Hosting and Security solutions across GoDaddy, Pagely, ManageWP, and Sucuri brands. Your core impact is driving product quality scorecards and scaling a 150+ person organization. This role reports to the Product and AI CTO and shapes company-wide 1-3 year corporate planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive engineering vision and strategy across WordPress, Hosting, Security, and Reseller businesses
• Partner with Product and GTM leaders to manage trade-offs and align technology roadmaps
• Build a culture of experimentation and lead testing efficiency initiatives
• Develop and lead a product quality scorecard with executive-level reporting

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in Engineering Leadership in a global SaaS or internet product organization
• Deep expertise in WordPress, Hosting, or Security
• Proven track record to lead at scale across multi-functional initiatives
• Strong technical depth in modern platform architectures and public cloud (AWS/GCP)

• Experience with data science and ML-driven decision-making
