You'll own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles across multiple teams at a WebOps platform powering over 300,000 sites. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines for engineers from SWE I to Director level while championing a human-first candidate experience. This role offers the chance to drive impact in a high-velocity, async-first environment focused on open-source technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source for technical roles across multiple teams and geographies
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using boolean search and passive outreach
• Build market intelligence for hiring decisions and compensation benchmarking
• Champion a candidate experience with clear communication and storytelling

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Proven success hiring for engineering roles across Go, Python, JavaScript, GCP
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach profiles
• Power-user proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing across NA and EMEA markets
• Network of senior engineers and familiarity with open-source communities
• Proven ability to source for IC and management roles including Directors
