Description

You will collaborate with integrated product teams to design and deliver complex, data-rich web applications for the defense acquisition process. You'll own feature strategy from ideation to implementation, using your expertise in UI design and prototyping to create intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• 3-5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, intuitive, and successful web-based products
• Bachelor's degree in HCD, HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Portfolio with revenue-generating case studies
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, and general design techniques

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and go-to-market teams to understand user needs and translate them into product features, concepts, workflows, and user experiences
• Design and document user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that optimize data visualization and facilitate data exploration
• Collaborate with integrated product teams to support implementation of UI designs and engage in cost-benefit discussions
• Present and defend designs to clients, peers, and executive-level stakeholders
• Contribute to development and maintenance of a design system and UI component library
