💼 About This Role

You'll define and build security infrastructure for a mission-critical platform used in aerospace and defense. Your work will automate compliance and hardening across cloud-native environments, enabling fast and secure engineering velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build automation for security and compliance controls across AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed security guardrails into infrastructure-as-code and deployment workflows.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to harden cloud-native systems and implement access controls.
• Improve security posture visibility through automated reporting and real-time dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade security automation in AWS cloud-native environments.
• Deep familiarity implementing technical controls for SOC 2 or FedRAMP in production systems.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

✨ Nice to Have

• Founding or early-stage security builder experience.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and Kubernetes security.
