• Design experiences across the entire product development lifecycle
• Write, edit, and test cross-channel communications including product flows and transactional emails
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Validate design decisions through rapid prototyping
