- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with fintechs and payment providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across global markets.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and account expansion.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to support business initiatives.
๐ Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in fintech, payments, or crypto sales/business development.
- Strong B2B sales cycle management and complex deal execution.
- Existing network in fintech, global trade, or international payments ecosystem.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.

- Familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain technology.
- Portuguese language skills.
- Experience with CRM and productivity tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion.
