Description

You will lead an engineering team building and operating large-scale, globally distributed systems that power purchasing and fulfillment experiences for millions of players. You'll coach engineers, manage performance, and collaborate with product and technical leads to deliver player value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer, preferably on technical product teams building tooling for services and APIs
• 2+ years experience directly leading an engineering team as Engineering Manager or Technical Lead
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-scale software
• Experience operating and maintaining live services, including on-call troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-10 Software and QA Engineers, providing coaching, performance management, and growth opportunities
• Partner with Product, Delivery, and Technical Leads to align on team execution plans
• Align with service teams on product configuration pipelines, tooling, and best practices
• Support technical vision and roadmap by allocating engineers and skill sets to meet goals
• Build healthy relationships with other engineering teams globally to foster cross-team collaboration
