You'll join Vast's legal team focusing on commercial contracts (60%) and medical team support (20%), while handling special projects. You'll shape the legal framework for building next-generation space stations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial supply chain and manufacturing agreements.
• Support sourcing, engineering, and operations teams on contract structures.
• Provide legal guidance on IP, indemnities, warranties, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise stakeholders across departments on legal risks and business strategy.

📋 Requirements

• JD with active U.S. state bar admission and eligibility to practice in California.
• 2+ years of legal experience in a law firm, private company, or government agency.
• Subject matter expertise in commercial contracting.
• Experience supporting supply chain and manufacturing legal operations.
