💼 About This Role

You'll implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism as part of a supportive team. You'll collect data on patient progress and collaborate with a BCBA to adjust care. You'll enjoy guaranteed full-time hours and free ClassPass membership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA
• Collect and record data on patient progress using iPad
• Build rapport and therapeutic relationship with patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBA to review and update intervention plans

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:30pm
• Experience working with children
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Psychology degree
• Prior experience as RBT
