You'll serve as the strategic finance partner to the CTO and CPO, driving financial planning and analysis for the R&D organization. You'll build models, improve forecast accuracy, and influence senior leaders on investment decisions. This high-impact role offers deep collaboration with product and engineering leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CTO and CPO on EPD planning and forecasting.
• Build financial models for investment decisions and vendor analysis.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks for transparency and velocity.
• Prepare executive and board-level financial materials.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance or related fields.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting R&D/technical organizations strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or Pigment.
• Basic SQL skills.
