💼 About This Role

You'll provide trauma-informed mental health therapy to women in a structured program. You'll conduct assessments, lead individual and group counseling, and coordinate care. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse population in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and ongoing participant assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
• Implement trauma-informed curriculum and workshops.
• Coordinate medical, dental, and mental health appointments.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed in California as LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years providing trauma-informed services.
• Obtain First Aid and CPR certification within six weeks.
