💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems across several properties near Andover. You'll perform routine maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and grow into advanced roles under senior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Conduct property inspections and record equipment readings

📋 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Two to three years of job related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
• Engineering and trade licenses required according to local, state, or national requirements
• Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications for work order and facility operation systems

✨ Nice to Have

• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements
• Willingness to develop familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
