💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic People Partner to Go-To-Market leadership, leading complex employee investigations and performance management processes. You'll also partner with the HRBP Lead to design and scale high-impact HR programs that drive team success.

• Conduct thorough investigations and deliver equitable resolutions for employee complaints
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on complex employee relations and performance management
• Analyze trends from check-ins, surveys, and workforce data to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with HRBP leadership to design and execute tailored HR initiatives supporting business goals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as an HR business partner or People Partner
• Experience with workplace investigations and performance management processes
• Proven ability to issue spot and proactively advise on solutions with minimal oversight
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
