Description

You will lead end-to-end ML development at BRKZ, building and deploying production models, LLM agents, and data-driven workflows to improve accuracy and cut manual work across Finance, Credit, Procurement, and Operations. You'll scope problems with Product and Ops, size impact, and turn workflows into measurable gains, covering full-stack ML engineering and applied data science.

Requirements

• Expert Python and ML engineering
• 5 to 8 years in ML engineering or applied AI with delivery in production
• Strong with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and classical ML models
• Skilled in data analysis, feature engineering, and evaluation
• Strong cloud deployment background

Responsibilities

• Own model lifecycle, reliability, and PDPL compliance
