💼 About This Role

You'll drive physical security design delivery for EdgeConneX data centers in Milan, from early design through commissioning. Your core impact is ensuring compliance with standards and aligning with customer security requirements. This customer-facing role lets you shape global security design standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own physical security design delivery for Milan data centers from early design through turnover
• Define project security requirements and acceptance criteria
• Procure and oversee security designers, integrators, and programmers
• Review and approve security designs including access control and video surveillance
• Liaise with customer security teams and local construction teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in physical security design or systems integration
• 2+ years managing large-scale security design and installation projects
• Experience supporting critical infrastructure environments
• Experience delivering in Italy or EU with knowledge of local construction practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Data center experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of EN 50600, PCI/DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Experience with AutoCAD
