💼 About This Role
You'll drive enterprise sales for Sprout.ai's AI-powered insurance automation platform, owning strategic US accounts end-to-end. You'll shape the go-to-market strategy and achieve a $1M annual quota with deal sizes of $200-500K ACV. This role is a critical early hire in North America expansion with high autonomy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Achieve individual sales quota and drive new logo acquisition.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales process with senior insurance stakeholders.
- Create compelling business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Product teams to refine value propositions.
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record of personally growing ARR and exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling a startup product without brand recognition.
- Successfully sold an Enterprise Software Product with consultative sales.
- Ability to source deals independently and build an industry network.
✨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the Insurance sector with existing relationships.
- Understanding of the AI landscape.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
