Account Executive

💼 About This Role

You'll drive enterprise sales for Sprout.ai's AI-powered insurance automation platform, owning strategic US accounts end-to-end. You'll shape the go-to-market strategy and achieve a $1M annual quota with deal sizes of $200-500K ACV. This role is a critical early hire in North America expansion with high autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Achieve individual sales quota and drive new logo acquisition.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales process with senior insurance stakeholders.
  • Create compelling business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Product teams to refine value propositions.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record of personally growing ARR and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling a startup product without brand recognition.
  • Successfully sold an Enterprise Software Product with consultative sales.
  • Ability to source deals independently and build an industry network.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the Insurance sector with existing relationships.
  • Understanding of the AI landscape.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
