• Lead and mentor the Investigations team
• Develop and deliver AML training programs
• Manage daily performance of investigative queues
• Oversee filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of AML or regulatory compliance experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity
• Solid understanding of FINTRAC requirements
• Strong knowledge of money laundering detection methodologies

• CAMS certification
• University degree in Business, Economics, or relevant field
• Experience implementing AML processes or tools
