🎯 What You'll Do

• Appear in immigration court for hearings and proceedings
• Represent clients at USCIS interviews
• Prepare and review case documents
• Report hearing outcomes to central team

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in state
• Experience with immigration court or USCIS interviews
• Reliable travel within metro area for court visits
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year immigration-law experience
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings
