You'll identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities for European software companies, focusing on the Portuguese market. You'll gain end-to-end exposure to the investment process from sourcing to deal execution. This role is hands-on with frequent travel and ownership of workstreams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and connect with vertical software businesses
• Collect and analyze data to assess potential targets
• Prepare valuations and financial models for due diligence
• Represent Everfield in meetings with CEOs and at conferences

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of M&A experience
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Some experience in corporate finance or software valuations
• Spanish language skills
