You'll provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth for a mission-driven startup. Your work directly improves senior mental health in a flexible, remote setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults virtually
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Manage electronic documentation using EMR system
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training

📋 Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or CP)
• Experience with the geriatric population
