You'll lead mechanical design activities for energy infrastructure products, ensuring structural integrity and thermal performance of equipment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs under static and dynamic operating conditions.
π― What You'll Do
- Perform structural stress and fatigue analysis for mechanical assemblies.
- Lead or review Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models and reports.
- Collaborate with BESS, Power Electronics, and Controls teams for integrated performance.
- Support development of mechanical documentation including calculations and reports.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field.
- 15+ years of hands-on structural and mechanical engineering experience in industrial settings.
- Strong experience in stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and vibration assessment.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring structural safety and compliance with engineering standards.

- Experience with Power Electronics, UPS/mission critical applications.
- Panel building mechanical design experience for power and controls/IT equipment.
- Experience designing HVAC systems for enclosures.
