Description

You will own equipment improvement plans to maximize production equipment availability, develop reliability programs including preventive maintenance and IoT integration, and conduct root cause analysis to solve repetitive failures. You'll coordinate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and ensure new equipment is maintainable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, or operations
• Hands-on experience with equipment control systems and industrial automation
• Understanding of mechanical, fluid, and electrical component functions
• Experience using Microsoft SQL and PowerBI

Responsibilities

• Own equipment improvement plans for maintenance strategies and equipment availability
• Define and refine reliability programs including preventive maintenance and critical spare parts
• Integrate equipment into IoT for real-time performance monitoring and predictive triggers
• Develop engineering solutions through Root Cause Analysis and FMECA
• Coordinate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and equipment overhauls
