💼 About This Role

You'll own the HR function end-to-end at a fast-growing robotics company transforming last-mile delivery. You'll build and implement scalable HR policies and processes while serving as a trusted partner to employees and managers. This role is ideal for someone who brings startup adaptability and corporate discipline to a fully on-site environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and records
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance on policies, benefits, and people practices
• Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and playbooks
• Support recruiting operations using Ashby and coordinate interviews

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience in startup and corporate environments
• Strong HR generalist background across operations, employee relations, and compliance
• Experience with Rippling HRIS (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Ashby or comparable ATS
• Ability to build HR foundations and scalable processes
