💼 About This Role

You'll compile, organize, and validate lease, ownership, and deck data for Purple Land Management in a project-based client role. You'll calculate ownership interests and verify title documentation with precision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and audit division orders and title documents for accuracy.
• Calculate mineral, royalty, and working interests per lease terms.
• Identify and resolve ownership discrepancies with recommendations.
• Communicate audit findings to internal teams and clients.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Landman, Division Order Analyst, or oil and gas title role.
• Strong understanding of mineral and leasehold ownership and division orders.
• Proficient in preparing title runsheets and division orders.
• Skilled in reading legal descriptions and conveyance documents.
