You'll support the global Customer Success Team in providing best-in-class support to Jeeves clients. You'll drive customer adoption, retention, and growth while acting as the key point person for relationships. This role offers exposure to tools like Zendesk and Hubspot in a hybrid São Paulo setting.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide best-in-class support to global portfolio
- Manage tickets using Zendesk, Hubspot, and Linear
- Incentivize spend increase through portfolio management
- Document processes and enhancements for team
📋 Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or technical program
- English and Portuguese mandatory
- Advanced communication skills (written and spoken)
- Agile and able to pivot quickly
✨ Nice to Have
- Spanish a plus
- Previous exposure to support
- Experience in Zendesk or Hubspot
