💼 About This Role

You'll join Integrity Home Health Care to provide routine skilled nurse visits for patients in their homes across Central Missouri. You'll help them maintain independence through med setup and general health assessments, with no nights, weekends, or on-call required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
• Conduct medication setup and general health assessments.
• Document patient care and communicate with care team.
• Provide one-on-one patient education and support.

📋 Requirements

• Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation or willingness to use company car.
