You'll provide day-to-day IT support across a remote-first global team, resolving issues and improving processes. You'll be the backbone of IT operations and help shape how IT support evolves at Masabi. This role offers hands-on, high-impact work with a focus on continuous improvement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and access
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests via Slack, Jira, and other channels
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Set up and manage user accounts, access, and permissions across core systems
๐ Requirements
- Experience in an IT support role within a SaaS-driven environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows
- Experience administering tools like Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira Service Management
- Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g. Intune)
- Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC2, ISO27001)
