You'll provide day-to-day IT support across a remote-first global team, resolving issues and improving processes. You'll be the backbone of IT operations and help shape how IT support evolves at Masabi. This role offers hands-on, high-impact work with a focus on continuous improvement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and access
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests via Slack, Jira, and other channels
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Set up and manage user accounts, access, and permissions across core systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in an IT support role within a SaaS-driven environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows
  • Experience administering tools like Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira Service Management
  • Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g. Intune)
  • Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC2, ISO27001)
