You'll lead drafting and negotiations of contracts for a biotech launching its first product, focusing on Development, Research, CMC/IT agreements. Your work will directly impact clinical-stage therapies for neuromuscular disease and cancer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate master service agreements and SOWs.
• Manage contracts management system and provide training.
• Advise on legal risk across the organization.
• Support cross-functional projects and maintain business relationships.

📋 Requirements

• Ten or more years drafting biotech agreements.
• In-house legal team experience at a biotech company.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• License to practice Law in Massachusetts or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Ironclad and DocuSign contracts management systems.
