Description

Requirements
- 3+ years B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Track record of driving retention and expansion revenue
- Experience managing a large book of business at scale
- Strong ability to analyze customer data and execute targeted outreach
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage dedicated book of business to ensure high engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Build relationships to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Guide customers through key moments to maximize value realization and reduce churn
- Use product insights and customer data to assess account health and drive proactive outreach
- Conduct outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing within existing accounts to drive revenue
