Description

You will own customer relationships, maximize retention, and drive account expansion within a dedicated book of business. Your role balances sales, customer success, and account management to help customers realize the full value of Gusto's products while identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
  • Track record of driving retention and expansion revenue
  • Experience managing a large book of business at scale
  • Strong ability to analyze customer data and execute targeted outreach
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage dedicated book of business to ensure high engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Guide customers through key moments to maximize value realization and reduce churn
  • Use product insights and customer data to assess account health and drive proactive outreach
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing within existing accounts to drive revenue
