As an experienced fashion expert specializing in luxury pre-owned and brand fashion, you will curate compelling auctions, evaluate lots, manage seller relationships, and drive growth in the Japanese fashion market. You'll ensure authenticity and transparency while collaborating with global teams.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Japanese and international fashion market, especially luxury bags
• Experience in luxury fashion retail, appraisal or curation
• Strong understanding of valuation and authenticity in luxury pre-owned fashion
• Native-level Japanese and professional proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate submitted lots and provide fair market value estimates
• Curate and optimise weekly fashion auctions
• Build and manage relationships with sellers in Japan
• Identify and onboard high-quality sellers through professional network and trade fairs
• Safeguard authenticity and platform standards across all listings
