🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop change management adoption and reinforcement strategies
• Engage diverse stakeholders across clinical leadership and providers
• Facilitate adoption of redesigned processes in healthcare settings
• Perform stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments

📋 Requirements

• Valid Change Management certification
• 10 years experience in change management in a project environment
• 8 years experience in organizational change management activities
• 5 years experience in healthcare or public sector change

✨ Nice to Have

• Training in organizational development or coaching
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or human resources
• Experience with strategic-level redesign of healthcare service delivery
