💼 About This Role

You'll own product execution and growth strategy at a fleet operator in the autonomous vehicle ecosystem. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships to ship product that moves the needle and build durable competitive moats. This is a rare zero-to-one hire with direct access to founders and outsized influence on company scaling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own PRDs from problem definition through post-launch measurement
• Define and instrument success metrics for every feature shipped
• Build and deepen product relationships with rideshare partners
• Design and own driver acquisition and retention funnels

📋 Requirements

• 5-9 years in product management or growth product
• AI-native using LLMs, automation, and AI tooling daily
• Technical fluency with code and SQL for engineering collaboration
• Experience shipping B2B or platform product

• Background at Uber, Lyft, Via, Waymo, Cruise, or fleet management software
• Founder-adjacent or first product hire at early-stage company
