💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and delivery of platform capabilities at the intersection of backend development and infrastructure engineering. You'll build production-grade backend services and internal developer tooling that power our engineering organization. You'll also integrate AI agents into engineering workflows to accelerate delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build production-grade backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop background workers, event-driven systems, and async processing pipelines.
• Define and enforce backend architecture patterns including API design and data modeling.
• Own Kubernetes infrastructure, including Helm chart management and cluster operations.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript/Go/Java.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience beyond basic deployments, including scheduling and RBAC.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Experience with LLMs and AI agents through API integrations, agentic frameworks, or building tooling.

• Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS).
• Contributions to open-source infrastructure tooling.
