Description

You will lead a team of platform engineers to build the application foundation for AI at Roofr, defining integration architectures, agent patterns, and core abstractions that product teams across the organization will rely on. You'll own the integration strategy, build data pipelines for AI features, and establish best practices for building with AI.

Requirements

• 7+ years software development, 3+ years in technical leadership
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems
• Deep familiarity with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (e.g. Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, LangChain)
• Experience building evaluation pipelines for LLM systems
• Strong background in integration architecture and backend engineering
