Description

Provide virtual primary care to patients through tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups. Collaborate with a dedicated team in a leading virtual care practice, leveraging advanced technology to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2+ years outpatient primary care urgent care or emergency medicine seeing all ages (within 5 years)
• Active MA license and ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (every other Sat/Sun)

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (triage calls, video appointments, email follow-ups)
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care
