You'll oversee all aspects of market operations with a focus on revenue growth across multiple media and entertainment platforms. You'll develop a vision for consistent revenue and profit growth, lead the sales team to exceed targets, and support the content team in delivering brand excellence. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management experience in media/advertising
• Experience with digital marketing solutions
• Experience with radio/broadcast solutions
• Proven ability to exceed budgets and outperform marketplace

• Experience in local media or broadcast
• Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions
