Description

You will design shared systems, workflows, and tools that enable cross-functional teams to operate effectively, including leading the rollout and adoption of AI productivity tools across the organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll turn organizational complexity into clear, scalable operating systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, internal systems.
• Proven experience leading technology implementations end-to-end.
• Experience with Notion, Google Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Asana, Jira or similar.
• Strong systems thinker who designs workflows and processes.
• Actively experimenting with LLMs and AI tools.
• Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
• Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and adoption of company-wide AI productivity tools.
• Partner with operational leaders to design scalable internal processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of internal tooling and operational infrastructure.
• Build and maintain centralized operational knowledge base.
• Design operational workflows such as procurement, contracting, onboarding.
• Develop standard operating procedures and playbooks.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for internal tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational workflows using AI.
• Integrate operational systems into company tech stack.
