💼 About This Role

You'll plan, schedule, and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction. You'll lead internal teams and consultants, ensuring financial and schedule adherence while delivering exceptional client service. You'll mentor junior team members and represent the firm at public meetings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction
• Prepare and update project schedules and budgets
• Issue add services and get approvals before additional scope work
• Coordinate consultant team selection and contracts

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in architecture
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Knowledge of building codes and contract documents

✨ Nice to Have

• Diverse commercial experience in industrial, office, or retail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
